Cheyenne Class of 2010 Centennial Quilt
The Cheyenne Class of 2010 is very proud to announce the Certification of the Cheyenne Centennial Quilt, designed and pieced by Melanie Barber. The Strong City Quilt Club did a beautiful job of hand-quilting this special quilt. The two blocks of embroidery of the State Flag and State Dates were embroidered by Nancy Bottom of the Bottom Line and Mahota Stamper who did a wonderful job of binding the quilt. The Class of 2010 is very proud of this quilt and would like to thank all the people who helped make this quilt possible, and beautiful. When the Cheyenne Centennial Quilt is raffled off during the Old Settlers Day activities, the Oklahoma Centennial Certificate will remain with the Quilt. If you would like to purchase a ticket contact any member of the Cheyenne Freshman Class. Tickets are $5.00. Pictured is Congressman Frank Lucas purchasing a ticket from Ti and Melanie Barber.
