2006 Harvest Festival Fair

Open Hay Show

            The Roger Mills County Harvest Festival Open Hay Show will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2006.  All hay entries are DUE at the Roger Mills County Ag Pavilion by 4:00 p.m. on August 1, 2006.  This will allow the office ample time to mail hay sample to Stillwater for analysis and have the results back in time for the fair.   Placing will be based on 60% U.S. Grade and 40% Protein.  All hay exhibits MUST have been produced in Roger Mills County during the current year.  Any producer, 4-H or FFA member are eligible to enter one exhibit in each of the following classes. Large hay bales will be returned to the exhibitor. Small hay bales become the property of the Roger Mills Free Fair Board.  Alfalfa hay exhibits that are entered by 4-H and FFA members will be taken to the Oklahoma State Fair.
