Hallie Milner Donates Hair to Locks of Love

            12-year old Hallie Milner recently trimmed off 12-inches of her hair to donate to the Locks of Love Foundation. This is the second time Hallie has donated her hair, the first time she was 9-years old. Hallie encourages everyone to donate.
